Chai's Hypersexuality Diary is about 90% complete. I need to finish writing some scenes and make some pictures for endings. With that, I've found time to play around in The Brave!

Lately, I've been experimenting with what party members do and how you use them. One game that's been a surprising source of inspiration is Balatro! (Seriously!) How? In Balatro, what Jokers you have really changes how you play, and certain Jokers synergize  really well with each other. So, I've drawn some inspiration from it. But to start, *grumble* Javascript woes.

To get some features working, I've had to install a few VisuStella scripts. However, these scripts really don't seem to like the current menu style, as you can see below in the screenshot. To me, Javascript is like what English is to Norwegian. You KIND OF recognize some of it, some of it looks familiar, and you can KIND OF get the idea of what it means. But you're still not getting it! So I've had to change the current style.

Now, onto the members themselves. I've been experimenting and finding inspiration online for how an alchemist should work. A decent fighter, who's main power comes from supporting and hindering. Here's where the synergy comes in. Some weapons can do certain things that certain abilities can take advantage of. Here is one of Ria's initial abilities, Pop-Rocket. It applies Sundered (I'll fix the typo!)
Also, to add a management aspect, Ria needs to use the item Empty Bottle to concoct her abilities. So you'll need to make sure you've got some to hand. (She will have her own initial stash to start out.)



Sundered reduces defense, which can then be taken advantage of by the Spear, a weapon Ria can use.


This is only just the start, as I'll be looking at other party members, too.
Ria's expedition will take you to a village that's being plagued by HYPER-GOBLINS. Goblins who have been taking A LOT of drugs, and feel way less pain because of it!
